Do not be afraid.

There is no predator lurking in the dark recesses of your consciousness waiting to ensnare you.

Your mind has woven a sticky web of thoughts, but you are not just a helpless fly

Whose fate is to struggle in vain.

You are also the spider.

And the more closely you watch the weaving, the looser the web becomes.

The experts may tell you that you must stay stuck forever.

Because that is the nature of life as a fly.

They mistake you for a mere snack to satisfy a larger creature’s hunger.

Let them help you if they can.

But never forget that you weave the web.

Silk is versatile.

Used wisely, it can lavish you with luxury.

Why not dress yourself in dazzling designs?

Or sleep on the softest, smoothest sheets?

What if you spun a story of wonder instead of a tale of torment?

When you catch onto how your reality is being formed,

The destiny of the fly will alter.

It will disentangle itself from the old, raise itself up, and find its freedom.

Your life is yours.

From the first breath to the last.

What do you wish to create?
