Try not to get distracted by complaints about your hardships and disappointments.

A little moaning can be wonderful, of course! A great big, satisfying sigh.

But don’t let preoccupation with what’s wrong blind you to the full glory of what’s right.

When you look to others to give you what you’re looking for too much,

You overlook the riches within, the shimmering jewels at the core of your being waiting to be discovered.

Go on a treasure hunt inside your soul!

The rewards will energise your weary spirit and free you from the shackles of bitterness and fear.

You get to make life beautiful.

See the world through the lens of love,

And you’ll be dazzled by the magnificence of the light.
